The Green Dragon Inn is a friendly, historic inn run by David, Justin and chef Leesa.  Located in the beautiful English town of Wymondham (pronounced windham), close to the Cathedral city of Norwich, the Norfolk Broads and only a short drive from the coast. Summer evenings can be spent relaxing in our garden, cold winter evenings in the bar enhanced by the cosy warmth of a traditional wood-burning stove. This wonderful 15th century timbered building once belonged to the nearby abbey. Legend has it that an ancient tunnel used to run between the two buildings and the monks used to be frequent patrons.

 The great cask-conditioned ales and extensive wine list can be enjoyed with a meal or on their own if you’re looking for a quiet drink with friends. For the summer there’s a patio and garden areas providing excellent al fresco dining to suit everyone. Good home-cooked English food is what the Green Dragon is famous for, with an emphasis on fresh, local produce. Both the lunch and evening menus feature steaks, fish and vegetarian dishes alongside daily specials and delightful puddings.
